Training tolerance is a major concern in sports performance and training adherence. However, to the best of our knowledge, no papers have reviewed the strategies to train tolerance in athletes. This paper presents strategies for training tolerance in elite athletes in the context of combined resistance and aerobic training.

The strategies reviewed in this article include dietary modulation, dynamic stretching, aerobic training, and high-intensity training. The effects of KAS supplementation on training tolerance have been reviewed in the context of combined resistance and aerobic training.

To conclude, it should be noted that the above-mentioned key results of HTTS, obtained in this study, underline the robustness of the technology and its potential to contribute to the advancement of soil science. The established system allows a cost-effective and easy determination of heat tolerance of plants directly after stress application and without need of their destruction, what promotes further scientific studies with HTTS and may eventually prompt a breakthrough in this field.
