Meanwhile Karuna starts talking to a man named Rudra (who seems to be an expert in supernatural stuff) and they conclude that the girl's spirit has merged with Jaidev's and they attempt to continue living with this woman who has no physical presence. Jaidev decides to ignore his sister.
The girl soon starts witnessing extraordinary things happening around her and finds herself writing poetry again. Karuna fears that her sister needs to see a doctor and arranges an appointment for her. While in the doctor's clinic, Karuna believes she sees Jaidev's soul. After the appointment, Jaidev decides to go to the girl's house by himself in order to speak with her. He uncovers a box in her bedroom containing an Indian skull and concludes that she is in fact his dead sister. Jaidev breaks everything and leaves the house, returning back home.
In the village Jaidev meets a tribal clairvoyant Sindhu and where he finds out that he is the reincarnation of the poet Jaidev Verma and this girl is the reincarnation of his beloved and is entirely unaware of the two of them. While Jaidev walks back home, Sindhu spots the girl running away from the village.
As Jaidev enters his house, poor and weak Karuna is waiting for him. It's raining heavily and Karuna invites Jaidev to stay for the night. Jaidev only wants to leave the house as he cannot stay there and she does not want to let him go. The girl returns to see her house intact but with her defenses destroyed, and Jaidev inside. She is in shock and hurt and decides to let Jaidev go. Jaidev promises her to tell his sister only when he is back.
